The Human Resources Component assist Directors, Managers and Supervisors with hiring, retaining, developing and motivation people who can contribute to the organization's productivity and growth. It also helps managers and supervisors understand, implement and communicate organizational policies and practices to employees in a way that fosters a friendly and productive culture, and meet the requirements of employment laws. A staff of four provides a multitude of services for the agency's workforce of more than 400 employees.
