Procedures for Agency Closings or Delayed Openings

Head Start Decisions regarding delays or closings will be made by the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Joseph D. Patton. In his absence, the decision will be made by the Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Ronald Davis.

Information on agency closings or delayed openings will be communicated to radio and TV stations by 6:30 a.m.

Most radio and TV stations announce only delays and closings. If you do not hear a delay or closing announcement, you should assume that the agency and/or centers are on the normal schedule.
